Placing orders

What do you do with my personal information?
It is stored in our customer database so that we might serve you better when you place future orders. At any time you may change your data or ask us to delete it simply by sending an e-mail to our webmaster (please refer to the “Contact” section).

Are payments secured?
All payments transacted on our site are secured thanks to Crédit Mutuel’s Cybermut online payment service. All information transmitted via Cybermut is encrypted using a protocol that ensures the highest possible level of protection currently available. Your bank card number is not stored.

What options do I have for paying for my order?
You may pay use a bank card (Credit or debit card, VISA, Mastercard) to pay for your order.

Will my chocolates arrive in perfect condition?
Yes, we invest a good deal of effort in protecting our packages when preparing our customers’ orders. However, it is possible that the products arrive after they have been damaged for reasons outside our control (e.g. the delivery service, excessive heat, etc.).

When will you ship my order?
First, your order must be authorized by our bank. Once we receive confirmation of your payment, if we have received your order by 1:00 p.m. we will prepare it on the same day and ship it that evening, (except WE, holiday periods and monday). If you order after 1:00 p.m. we will ship it the following day.

If we register your order : friday before 1:00 p.m., it will ship friday evening for foreign and monday evening for France
friday after 1:00 p.m. and saturday, it will ship monday evening
sunday it will ship tuesday evening

Warning : for holiday periods (Valentine's day, Easter, Christmas) the time is longest.

When will I receive it?
For any order delivered to an address in metropolitan France, you should receive your package within 24 hours of the shipment date. For Corse, you should receive your package within 3 days of the shipment date. For any order sent to a French overseas department/territory or to a foreign address, delivery times may range from two to five days.

What delivery services do you use?
For any order delivered to an address in metropolitan France, we use Chronopost, but for Corse we us Colissimo. For orders delivered outside metropolitan France, we use Fedex for USA and Canada and Chronopost for the others countries.

Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, just by directly calling one of our shops. However, only the shop on Rue St-Honoré accepts remote payments using a bank card.

Do you deliver during the warmer months? Do you use a special type of packaging?
Yes, we do deliver during the warmer months and take the precaution of wrapping our products in a heat-resistant envelope. However, the cooling effect of this envelope lasts only for a limited amount of time, so the chocolates are best suited for transport over shorter distances.

How can I get an invoice?
Just by clicking on the “Invoice” button in "My account", you can display and print out your invoice. We dont' send invoice.

How can I track my order?
You can ask for receive by mail the track number to follow the status of your order as well as view your past orders.

Do you deliver your products anywhere in the world?
For the time being, we do not deliver to certain destinations due to the customs policies adopted by some countries (Mexique). We do not deliver to Tunisia and Moroco.

How far in advance should I place my order during holiday periods?
During holiday periods (Easter, Christmas), we recommend that you place your order one week before the delivery date for addresses in France and ten days before the delivery date for addresses outside France.

MISCELLANEOUS

Is it possible to visit your laboratory?
Our laboratory is currently not open to visitors.

Do you hold chocolate tastings for small groups?
No, we don't hold chocolate tastings.

Do you have shops in the USA?
No but you can order on line, we send to USA.

Are your shops open in August?
You can see our summer opening on our website.
